MidWinter Storytime FAMILY SHOWS AT WOKINGHAM THEATRE Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22nd SHOWS AT 2pm AND 330pm EACH DAY Come along, sit back and enjoy MidWinter storytime in the afternoon. Advanced Ticket sales available until the end of Saturday 17th December 2011 Traditional tales all related to winter, snow, midwinter or xmas time in some way, presented in a lively and energetic telling. These story sessions should be enjoyable and accessible for anyone from the age of 6 upwards, often adults/parents come along to his tellings with kids and come away having enjoyed it more than they imagined possible. To help maintain the quality of storytelling show we ask that under 14s are accompanied and that you don't bring under 5s as they are unlikely to have the narrative skill, language or attention span to not disrupt the performance . We have nothing at all against small children (we were all small children once) however past experience has taught us that anything but the simplest of stories do not tend to hold their interest for the full duration and this may result in distractions and disturbance for the rest of the audience. Audience participation and joining in is fine and encouraged, a shouting fit and running around of a frustrated 3 year old who is not used to spending most of an hour listening is not fine. If you have any questions you can email talesman , @catspaw.uk.net (remove the ,) |
